What is Pathway?

 

Pathway is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit community based agency that provides transitional services for youth and young adults (ages 16-21) who are at risk:

Low income family

Youth in foster care (including aging out)

Youth & Adults with disabilities

Child of an incarcerated parent

Migrant youth

School Dropout

 

. Services include housing, tutoring, money management, career planning, training in life skills as well as other services that promote a healthy transition from adolescence into adulthood. Additional services will also be provided for prevention and intervention needs.
